1. Who runs the site

The anavrel.com site is run by Katarzyna Dadek, running a business under the name Lervana Katarzyna Dadek, ul. Sucha 129E, 65-001 Zielona Góra, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 9291826961, REGON 364744684, entered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG).

2. What the site is for

The site is free. You can read about Anavrel apps and my work here, and write to me through the contact form. Nothing is sold here; the apps run at their own addresses and have their own terms.

All you need is internet access and an up-to-date browser, plus an e-mail address if you want a reply.

Your use of the site starts when you open it or send a message, and ends when you leave it or when our correspondence is over. You can stop at any time, without giving a reason.

3. What I ask of you

Do not send unlawful content or unsolicited advertising through the form, and do not disrupt the way the site works.

The texts, graphics, and the Anavrel name and mark are protected by law. Beyond fair use, using them requires my consent.

4. When something goes wrong

If the site does not work as it should, write to contact@anavrel.com: describe the problem and give an e-mail address for the reply. I answer within 14 days.

How personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by Polish law, which does not take away the protection a consumer has under the mandatory provisions of the country where they live. A new version applies from the date given in it.
